"Isn't it an unusual name?" is a very frequent comment! In short, Ceinwen (pronounced Kine -wen ), is from my mum's Welsh side of the family, MacSween is thanks to my father's family from Scalpay just off Harris in the Outer Hebrides and Campbell though Scottish, comes to me thanks to my Australian husband Rob. Quite a mixture but I am remembered!
I studied art and design at Glasgow School of Art and Napier University though went on to work in Technology at the Royal Bank of Scotland. After marriage, children and the purchase of our first VW camper van many of our weekends were spent exploring Scotland and trundling round castles. Sketches, paintings and a small business selling prints and cards followed.
I'm now concentrating on illustrating VW camper vans and in producing a children's picture book (and hopefully ebook / app.)
